Sheep wool pellet fertilizer

Plantipell is a slow release organic wool fertilizer, which is produced from untreated 100% pure natural sheep wool in the pellet form. During production under any circumstances no chemical or binding substances are used. As Plantipell is completely natural wool fertilizer which has quality controls and it is in the form of a single pellet with organic composition, it leaves its competitors behind, it prolongs the life of the plants and ensures the farmers have healthy harvests. By this mean it is also possible to say that fertilization periods and the amount of fertilizers will be reduced as well.

One of the most advantageous properties of wool fertilizer is that they are produced in pellet form. Wool, which is shredded from live and healthy sheep and dried and grinded at specific humidity rates, is converted to pellet form under high pressure at certain temperatures by thermo-mechanical methods. This form of wool fertilizer provides convenience for ecological farming and ideal for industrial use as well as personal use.

Wool fertilizer is disinfected in accordance with the standards of the European Union and the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and packed carefully. The disinfection process eliminates any animal disease and bacterial formation. It maintain its characteristics for 2 years as long as the fertilizer is kept away from moisture.

According to the nitrogen requirement of the vegetable species in open vegetable fields, 50-150 gr. / m2 wool fertilizer should be used. If the fertilizer is used once at the proper dose for one-year plants, it will be enough for the all life of plant. For the vegetables, each plant needs 10-50 gr. wool fertilizer. Wool pellets can be applied directly to the drill hole to stitch the seedlings.

For the houseplants 10-20 gr./lt wool fertilizer should be mixed with wooly grainy soil in the flowerpot. The fertilizer should be given to the flowerpot once every 10 months. Wool pellets should be applied from the small holes in the root of the plant to be close to the flowerpot.

For the fruit trees 100-150 gr wool fertilizer per root can be applied to the hole opened for the seedling the nursery tree. For the fertilization in the following years, the soil should be mixed with wool fertilizer. If applied at the proper dose, fertilization once a year will be sufficent.

Properties of PlantiPell wool fertilizer

When the wool fertilizer meet with the soil and the water, they swiftly expand by taking the water into and start to work quickly. As it is not soluble in water, it will not be washed away from the soil during irrigation or with falling rain.

With chemical fertilizers and pesticides, the plant can be fed in a controlled manner and protected against harmful, but these chemical applications slow down the microorganism movements in the soil over time. When these chemical applications continue, the soil becomes more and more depressed every year and the activities of microorganisms are completely stopped and soil respiration becomes impossible. With the Plantipell wool fertilizer, the plant does not only feed on the rich nutrients, but also the organisms in the barren soil can be stimulated again.

The wool fertilizer, which remains still alive, is slowly disintegrated by the bacteria. Biodegradation breaks down basic elements and many trace elements slowly over time. Fertilization lasts for 10 months. If used at the proper dose, one time fertilization will be sufficient for a season. The basic elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other trace elements needed by plants feed the plants. On the other side the carbon dioxide released by the microorganisms is also used in photosynthesis by the plant and recycled as oxygen.

Thanks to the water-retaining feature in the natural structure of the wool, the Plantipell wool fertilizer can absorb and retain up to 3.5 times its own weight. This feature provides an advantage during the summers. Plant roots will remain constantly moist during the time between the two irrigation. Water-holding ability will also reduce the cost of irrigation.

Thanks to our product Plantipell, which distinguishes its competitors with all these features, enjoy the plants, strawberries, magnolias, lemons... which grow by natural fertilization!
